History of Imperial Development

Imperial Development was begin within a short time of the Imperial Orders conception. Grand Admiral Larsen (now Emperor Larsen) decided that his members would not only be the best warriors in the galaxy, but the best educated as well. He was right, and IDEV was an immediate success, growing along with the Imperial Order.

The first big change happened when Rear Admiral Max Porteous (now Vice Admiral Max Porteous) was given command of IDEV. It was given an overhaul and most of the course material was re-written to bring it up to date.  The courses most affected were the HTML courses.

Then followed a short absence by the then Fleet Admiral Porteous, and IDEV passed to the custodianship of first Major General Curgenven (now General Curgenven) and then Grand Admiral Wulfman. Finally, Max Porteous returned to the Imperial Order as Major Max Porteous and was happy to resume command. Shortly after his return, Max Porteous was promoted to Rear Admiral, and IDEV moved under the banner of the Logistics Office.

Since then RA Max Porteous retired, and control of IDEV soon turned to the Fleet Adjutant, Lieutenant General Shadow, who also commands the Web Development office.
